British Columbia’s Provincial Nominee Program is known as the BC PNP. Prospective immigrants with the province’s targeted skills and expertise will be eligible for a British Columbia Provincial Nomination Certificate, which will enable them to apply for permanent residence in Canada with processing times that are quicker than other Canadian immigration groups.

Provide indefinite (permanent or with no fixed end date) full-time jobs
Have a track record of sound corporate and workplace practises
A statement from the employer
Where appropriate, satisfy domestic labour market recruitment criteria
Provide you with a full-time, indefinite work offer
Provide you with a salary that is in line with industry expectations
Employer responsibilities
As well as meeting the general employer requirements, your employer must:
Give you a work offer in writing
Fill out the parts of the application forms that pertain to employers.
If your job status changes, you must inform the BC PNP. If you've been laid off or are on an extended leave, or if the company has closed or changed hands, this involves promotion or termination.
