The Provincial Nominee Program(PNP) is for the applicant who wants to opt the path for PR through a specific province or terrority other than Nunavut and Quebec.
The applicant must express an interest in setting in a particular province and terrority. The applicant should also be able to contribute to the economic development and prosperity of that province and terrority.
